Pink Floyd Laser Show

Today my homie Justin and his homie Will called me up to goto the Planetarium to see the Pink Floyd laser show. Let me just say it was incredible! Here is the description the museum provides:

Groove to the greatest hits of the rock group Pink Floyd, as presented from their retrospective "Echoes" album, under a planetarium dome filled withlaser imagery, Digistar graphics, and special effects.

If this is in your area too, I strongly recommend it. You will not be disappointed!

MSU Hocky

So, for the second week in a row now I have gone to see the MSU Hellcats play. For those that don't know, the Hellcats are the hockey team at MSU (Montana State University in Bozeman). Last week I watched them absolutely crush Gonzaga University 12-1 on Friday night.

This week, I got a bunch of friends together to head down to the game. Now, the great thing about the games is that it's BYOB. So, you can drink what you like! =) Plus, if I could actually get there earlier, I could DJ the games, since a homie from High School , Ryan, is the head coach. BTW ladies, Ryan is dark, tall, single and disease free fella who knows how to have fun, hit me up if you wanna meet this cool ass mother fucker!

So, this week they played Western Washington University and crushed them too! I can't recall the score but I think it was 8-2 or something. It was kinda sketchy though when I got there. I was about 15-30 minutes late to the game, and when I got in they had people on the ice because someone had a siezure. Fortunately it was nothing serious. I was pretty worried at first though since last week a team member of Western Washington University passed on when he was hit in the chest with a puck after a slap shot. My condolences to his team and family.

All in all though, it was a great time! Of course the party afterwards was alot of fun too. Unfortunately, I think I had too much fun! Check out the Hellcat schedule and come to a game, it's a pimpin' good time!

Bowling

As I mentioned, my car is in the shop this week and I decided I could get by a week without a car, so I didn't rent one. Working from home helped emmensily. After not leaving the house for almost 4 days, I gotta ride to the bowling alley from a friend for the usual Thursday night bowl.

It wasn't a bad week for bowling, except it was busy as fuck. So busy that we couldn't get our usual two lanes, we could only get one - and it was the last one... ugh. Really sucks because we had more people then one lane would hold. At least we all bowled very well this week. Almost had a beer frame a couple of times! Not bad with 6 people on a lane! =)

Telecommuting

This week I'm working from home since my car is in the shop getting some body work. I must say, I haven't worked from home often, but I could really get used to this. At first I thought that I would have a hard time focusing on work if I was at home, but suprisingly it was just the opposite. Instead, I got more work done then normal, and I think it's because there were no interruptions. Nobody asking me questions, etc. Plus, I was able to get alot done around the house!

2004.01.31 Update: I got my car back today, after being in the shop for a week. All I can say is that A&D Auto Body are fucking awesome! They did an exceptional job! Thanks guys! =)
